Is it worth it?

Used to play the game long back on iOS I'm getting back into the game and want to get it for my PS4 but I'm unsure if I should-

Are the graphics good-do they tend to work well/ appear correctly

Is the game pretty stable- like does it run pretty well most of the time

How much stuff is locked behind a paywall?- I know you gotta buy dlc but is there anything else?

Any significant creatures only available in dlc? like dragons-ect

How easy is it to get sandbox mode?-in mobile you had to buy it

It's been a long time sense I've done anything with the game and I rlly want to make sure it will be worth it Plus is there anything important to know?

No dedicated server?

Okay so I've only just noticed that Lost Island, Crystal Isles, Genesis prt 1 & prt 2 no longer allow you to run a dedicated server? Why is this?
