- question. I've been bothered by the dedicated Storage box glitch for quite some time now, some players don't have it. example in the pictures. metal through the stryder you can see that there is enough metal in it. but the box itself says it is empty. I can take out stacks how can this be solved?

| Ark Server Manager | Stat multipliers not working...? Posted: 05 May 2022 04:26 AM PDT The Per-Level Stat Multipliers don't seem to be having any noticeable affect when applying stat points in-game. Here's a screenshot of the settings in ASM: http://vertigofx-snaps-bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/snap_2022-05-05_04-15-46_10658919.png I first set them at default (1), then added some stat points in the game. I then updated to the values you see in the screenshot and tested again, and everything increments exactly the same as before (each point to weight adds 10, each point to fortitude as 2, etc). Detailed explanation: My server uses a custom player and dino progression system. It's been working just fine. Several hours ago I added a mod (https://t.ly/oZVd) as well as some lines to the game.ini file. When I booted up the server with that, all of my existing stats had dropped drastically. I tried removing the mod and restoring a server backup, but nothing undid the mess. I decided to completely redo the progression system. I have it set up the way I want it now. Due to the differences in XP per level, when I log back on I have a lot of points to apply to my stats. This is all well and good because I can use them to get my stats back up to where they were before things went screwy. However, the multipliers aren't working, so it's taking a LOT more points to make the same increases I was making before. This is a concern because I read about a hidden 256 point-per-stat limit that, if exceeded, will cause problems (for the record, that's not what caused the issue I had). Anyway, anybody got any idea why the multipliers don't seem to be working? I'm probably overlooking something.... | Ark PS4 Character Upload Not Showing Posted: 05 May 2022 08:38 AM PDT For context here, my wife, daughter and I decided to play through all the official story maps as a 3 person tribe on nitrado servers, completing all the bosses (gamma, beta and alpha) and collecting all the notes before Fjordur officially drops in June. We've gone through The Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction and Genesis Part 1 before this issue cropped up. All 3 of us have been keeping the same tribe, survivors, tames and even some items as we progressed from map to map. Uploading items, tames and the survivor before jumping to the new map once we were done. When we finished Genesis Part 1 we did the same and when moving to Genesis Part 2 my wife's survivor and roughly 80% of her tames weren't showing up. Just vanished. I can confirm that she took the time to properly upload her tames and survivor. Her items, somehow, were uploaded just fine. Not finding a solution applicable to PS4 online with a few hours of searching we thought it was a bust and just decided to help her build up a new character and new collection of tames on Genesis Part 2 thinking it may have been a one-time bug or something - as detrimental and disheartening as it was for her to lose all her hard work. Once we finished Genesis Part 2, rather than wait around twiddling our thumbs for Fjordur to officially launch, we decided to experience one of the free maps (she chose Valguero for the chance to get some Deinonychus for her collection). However, once we got to the map the same thing happened to her. The tames she acquired on Genesis Part 2 and her survivor that were uploaded were missing - but her items that she uploaded were present. Has anyone else encountered something like this recently on PS4 (or somewhat recently) that has a solution, if one exists? If not to recover her lost stuff but to prevent future uploads being lost? We both wanted to look at user created maps but when I select "browse by tag-maps" it shows no results, even though even I find a mod that is a map, it is tagged with the "map" designation. Posted: 04 May 2022 03:59 PM PDT I play an official server, server list says 1/70 players, battle metrics shows just me (not named 123 either) however I just saw at least 2 other people one on a wyvern one on another Dino. Surely this shouldn't be possible? All the info I have (steam server list, actual ark menu, and battle metrics say I've been alone all evening..) this a bug or some new glitch? [link] [comments] |
