Everyone says that imprinting only benefits when the rider is riding that dino. On a boss fight, though, only 1-2 dinos are being ridden, so does the imprinting benefit them or no? We decided that warboats would be a safe option for a base, a decision that cost us everything in the end. We had erected our great floaters and ruled the south for days to come. We stayed offshore, bombarding their bases with ballista, crushing their camps with our catapults, and damn anyone who tried to stop us. We got into a fight one day that almost cost us our lives. Over the sound of me and my mates battlecries, walls being crashed, and the desolate screams of the unfortunate few, one thing was not heard. Our munitions supply slowly draining like the enlargened testicles of a great bull. In the end, we won the battle, but could not see the inevitable loss ahead. As we stepped over the countless bodies littering the floor, we took what was rightfully there's. We found guns, ammo, metal, blueprints, the entirety of the schabang. However, our victory was not spared defeat. We had run out of metal for ammunition. We hastily made way for our mountain. That's where we usually got our metal, you see. This was the last thing we did before our mighty empire crashed down like an un-named game company that uses microtransactions. As we made our way back to the ship, we saw them. Four gigantic beasts, ridden by their "masters". But these monsters, they had no master. They were controlled by none. We had heard tales, if these creatures decided you were unhealthy for their well-being they would enter a state of bloodlust. Eyes aglow, they'd kill everything that stood before them. We watched on in horror as they bit through stone, shattering our walls in seconds. I had no idea how someone could be so heartless as to decimate someone's hard work unprovoked. Me and my tribe mate argued over what their reasoning could be, but we just couldn't come to a cause for this unholy act of aggression. Then they spoke, and the truth bore holes into my pride deeper then any troll. They were protecting the people. They stopped our reign of terror not for their own selfish gains, but because we had become the enemy of the whole. We had to be stopped. [link] [comments]  | ||

My question is do I activate mutator while they are breeding or is it possible to activate the mutator first and then put them on breeding? I thought the mutator buff lasts 6 mins. | Question About Player Preferences. Posted: 23 Feb 2019 01:39 AM PST Considering opening a PVE Island Server with 2x tame/gather/maybe 2x XP. Mods would be only essentials like S+ and quality of life. Would anybody here join a server seeing these settings in the title? Opened a vanilla setting Island Ark server and even though I advertised on steam/reddit, not a single random joined whenever I played, despite being open for a month. What settings closest to vanilla do people enjoy playing? Starting to feel like hosting my own Ark Server is a waste of money since nobody joins, but I really enjoy running/playing with a community. Does anyone have any advice for starting a server to get people on? Or am I wasting my time and money? Advice on server settings/amounts/mods/advertising would be greatly appreciated. | Posted: 23 Feb 2019 12:12 AM PST Is it enforced? Because a mesh location I know would offer a significant fps boost since its so far from anything render. I don't see why it would be an issue unless its placing foundations undermesh to block building in areas. I know the TOS say no building in unintended locations but just curious, has anyone been punished for meshing in PVE? Lol [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 22 Feb 2019 08:07 PM PST So my character got deleted upon transferring off a server and was the Owner of the tribes for all of our maps. Only a few of a the maps had another character that was made Admin. Is there anyway to remove the owner or somehow invite a new character? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 22 Feb 2019 02:29 PM PST So I've asked around why I am getting low level dinos spawned in with max difficulty and highest difficulty without raising levels over 150, apparently they are weighted to the lower third unlike rag and circle which weighted towards the higher levels. I would like to play the island but without searching for hours if not more for a 100+ dino. I would like ANY suggestion to make it weighted towards higher levels, without disabling lower level dinos from spawning [link] [comments]  | ||
