    Thyla Searching

    Heyy! I wanna first of all thank once again everyone who's always looking through the newest posts and helping out scrubs like me. It really helps, I finally found griffins yesterday and my friend then tamed one while I logged off.

    Today I wanted to ask for tips on thyla searching. I have an argy that I use for this kind of stuff, but I'm afraid of going low into the trees and getting eaten by a flying marsupial.

    Does anyone have tips for safe thyla searching? I've found 3 that were all level 18, 24 and 66, but I bet I could find a better one if i had a safer way of looking deeper into the woods.

    I'm on ragnarok, personal server with a friend. Difficulty 6, almost no boosts. Any tips? Suggestions? Please and thank you kind stranger.

    So Ark noob here, I spawned on this island and unlike my other previous spawn there's a spinosaurus and other dagerous animals really close? It this like a more dangerous place or something??

    PC S+ Mod Auto Torch Bug

    Hey guys, I've recently noticed a pretty significant issue with the torches (wall and standing) from the [Structures Plus](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=731604991) PC mod, in which the automatic on/off feature doesn't seem to work. Even though I get the prompt to shut off the torch, there is no light, heat, or fire animation coming from the object at all. [See screenshot.](https://imgur.com/a/j3tOR8u)

    I brought this up in the mod discussions, but haven't received any feedback yet. And because steam doesn't allow searching for discussions within a specific mod, I'm having trouble going through the existing reports. So far I haven't found any reference to this issue. Has anyone else encountered something like this? Any known fixes?

    If Ark had Ray tracing support, Imagine what the rest of the world would look like in general. Flying over oceans wouldn't mean blank water, etc. (Quick Photoshop just as a concept of how ray tracing would impact ark)

    Ark Nitrado Xbox Server keeps reverting back to old save state.

    Me and a close friend have just bought a server for a long time period for a nice Balanced PVE Theisland map and have already become really quite popular even though its been a few days we do a daily reset for a hot second to make sure it keeps things smooth and the spawns consistent and yesterday it on reset it loaded up an old save state meaning a lot of people lost a lot of hard work. What do I need to set my Backup settings to? As clearly it has it set to load an old save state every reset. Thanks so much for your time I really appreciate it.

    I want to get both Aberration and Extinction but I don't know which to get first. What do you all think? I am more familiar with extinction and I love the velonosaur and managarmr and stuff but Aberration has a lot of really cool creatures and map
