Through big tribes, small tribes, hard times and good times, it was me and him from the very beginning. I considered him to be the only person I could really trust on Ark, and honestly I probably could've trusted him with my bank information too. After hundreds of hours with the guy, he finally decided to snap when I messaged him saying I accidentally transferred our new tribe's ownership to him over the weekend.

Tames turn red, structures turn yellow. Kicked from the tribe.

I knock him out and keep him torpor'd for an HOUR trying to invite him to talk, then finally let him wake up just to see what happens. Whistles aggressive, pack of dimorphs kill me, buddy starts pop-corning everything inside the base. He destroys every structure, kills every tame, and despawns every item. He stole nothing and left nothing behind. This was being done out of pure spite, and I had no idea why.

This was a new tribe on a new server, so there was no good loot to gain. He was away on vacation for 3 days and had only spent 10 minutes on the server, so we didn't have any beefs inside or outside the game. We are both fully grown adults, so senseless trolling is of the question. And, to make it all even stranger, this was the guy that would ask you if he could borrow fiber out of your storage box. He never did a single messed up thing to me this whole time on Ark, but for some reason he decided to last night.

All I've got to say folks: don't trust anyone out there.

Edit: Since a lot of people have asked, I'll make a follow-up post when I find any info out. I haven't heard or seen anything all day, but I have a mutual friend planning on messaging him and playing like all is cool between them. Hopefully he can get some info out of him, because I sent the guy dozens of messages with no response.

I used to play Ark from way before release and on the legacy servers...

Is the game still very toxic on XB1? I see tons of servers, many empty. Is it possible for myself and a buddy to build on a dead public server without having to attend to the base daily? Just casual play.

Do mega tribes still run around raiding everything in site?

Basically, what I am asking is since there are so many desolate servers, do servers exist where there is no alpha in place? Or did people lose interest?

Do any "small tribe" or solo player servers exist?

I'm an Ark player that has come from PS4 and recently started playing on my Xbox One and I'm noticing this random freezing that happens quite frequently. Is this common in the XBO version?
