| Homebrew Post-tame Calculator. Posted: 10 Apr 2019 03:30 PM PDT So I want to know where the levels went but I want to know post tame. My issue is most calculators that are convenient while playing on PS4 are pre-tame only. So I took the information fromhttps://ark.gamepedia.com/Creature_Stats_Calculationand the individual creature pages and put together a homebrew post-tame calculator but I have no clue if it's actually working as intended and I have no real way to check my math/numbers, especially regarding movement which I have simply subtracted the total of the other levels from the total levels minus one. Anyways if someone is bored enough to look at one example some verification either way would be nice.I tamed a level 140 Dilo earlier and didn't note it's pre-tame stats or it's exact TE but I did it with 1 basic kibble and the rest raw meat and it seemed to be around 96% and it's final level was 206 so at the very least it was 95.6
My current problem is I'm not sure if I have the Melee formula right. The numbers don't seem wrong because 400.8 seems high for a Dilo but 9 in Movement considering the rest of the stats seems very wrong and Melee is the other outlier. For melee my current equations is: (((((G21)/(1+TamingEfficiency*F21*TmM))-E21*TaM)/(1+D28*0.2*IBM))-1)/(C21/B21*IwM) G21 is the post tame value in percent for melee damage. F21 is the Muli. Tame Bonus. E21 is the Add. Tame Bonus. All the abbreviations ending with M are 1 and D28 is a currently non-functioning part for the imprint % that is set to 0. C21 is a Dilophosaur's absolute melee damage growth in the wild. In this case 0.5.B21 is the absolute base damage or 10.Because of how I have the information stored and input there is a a Base Damage divisor I've removed from the equation that would be multiplied by (1+D28*.02*IBM), also base damage is 100% so ... 1. The C21/B21 thing is because I was messing around with the equation to deal with absolute values and need to express it as a percentage.For a Dilo's melee the Add. Tame Bonus is .14 and the Mult. Tame Bonus is .176. Or 14% and 17.6 % respectively. . so it breaks down to (((400.8/(1+.96*.176))-.14)-1)/(.5/10) = 45.7 ~= 46. My current rounding is set to normal rather than solely up or solely down. The reason I did this initially was just to make things neater, but considering there will be a bit of a boost to the first children in stats with Mult. Tame Bonuses because of perfect TE rounding those up just makes sense. For the rest the stats tend to be much cleaner with the exeception of movement speed which is simply Level -1 - Sum of stats. Long story short I'm left wondering If the Dilo just has a good attack distribution or I messed up my calculations somewhere. Or have wrong/inaccurate data. Also if it matters, which I don't think it does, I am using Single Player settings, but aside from that I haven't changed any of the M values. [link] [comments]  | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

After that I've been watching some videos and searching through ark forums for any kind of accurate information. So, I ended up being confused.
