Kinda New? Posted: 08 May 2019 08:53 AM PDT I just started playing Ark about 2 weeks ago. Knowing nothing about it I joined a Ragnarok server. I didn't know there were different maps or lore. I played PVP and managed to get to lv 53, but had nothing because I kept getting wiped. Then I decided to transfer servers. I soon find out that there are different maps and LORE. Also on a side note the server I played on was in terrible condition, no trees, rocks, etc. So now I'm stuck between Ragnarok and The Island. Lag isn't really an issue. Is it still worth it to start on Island or keep on Ragnarok. I heard Ragnarok was so much better so I need some opinions. ​ TL;DR Started on Rag, didn't know Island had lore. homestead triangle ceiling snapping issue Posted: 08 May 2019 09:30 AM PDT the homestead triangle pieces (or at least just the stone one) has 2 snap points, and neither allows walls to align with the edge that's snapped to a regular foundation piece. the edge that's snapped to a regular piece can be forced into aligning with the rest of the walls through sheer patience but the other edges will never achieve this. ​ the odd thing is it works nicely when you're making an balcony out of them...just not when you make a zigzag maze within said balcony ​ any idea how to overcome this? or there's something wrong with my triangle ceiling placement? wonky snap points creates gaps this one's lower. unable to align this one's higher. still not aligning the ones snapping to a regular piece also has this issue but it can be forced to align and snap accordingly submitted by /u/hiimzech [link] [comments]

[Bug] Uploading Dinos with Damage in oby and redownloading and healing once uploaded again or cryod the dino loses the health again?? Posted: 08 May 2019 04:57 AM PDT So I had a fight on my griffin the other day and came out pretty damn bloody with 100hp left. Phew right got out! So I uploaded it and spawned back at base and got it back out at the tek transmitter, Got the snow owl out and healed it up to full!! And then re-uploaded, The next time I came to use this griffin I got it out and it was back at 100hp Bloody as hell as if I didn't heal it?? Ive tried this with a cryo too!! You can replicate the issue every time and its difficult when you use griffins to get around and every time you upload and reload one its bloody!! I have to either force feed it meat or sit it out for hours to let it naturally heal and even then on occasion it'll do the same thing, When you get it back out the damage is still applied. Im not sure if its just for griffins but it seems to be a horrible bug. Has anyone else experienced this? submitted by /u/brumkid100 [link] [comments]

Posted: 08 May 2019 05:03 AM PDT Playing on an official ORP Server Report the same problem on PC ( God walls blocking caves, ORP Fobs, ORP Bases - Enforcement team get it solved, dev wipe the tribe in 12 days. PS4 - Same abuse, 4 tickets from myself since January more so from my tribe, also from 3 other tribes a lot more evidence provided. 4 month later still nothing. i'll not provide any evidence unless asked for cause naming and shaming is frowned upon. Is there a spreadsheet of what agro's to what in wild? Posted: 08 May 2019 03:12 AM PDT Sorry if this has even asked but for example from what I've seen so far nothing naturally attacks a wyvern and I wonder what else, does anything naturally agro to a rex? Desert Titan unable to damage stone/adobe? Posted: 07 May 2019 02:44 PM PDT Anyone else have this issue? PVP official, have not been able to do damage to adobe or stone with it. Annoying as hell on SE where everyone layers their bases with adobe. Also I find that since the patch that required line of sight for titan damage, it is really hard to actually hit anything near the ground with the desert titan.
