    I was minding my own business taming a therizino when you both appeared. You were obviously new to the game, I don't use a mic but I could hear you talking to each other and you sounded pretty young. You sounded excited to be playing and were obviously enjoying yourselves. You started building your little thatch house just along the beach from me.

    Over the next couple of hours I kept an eye on you, gave you a couple of bows, a sword, a bed. Little things to get you started. Every time I dropped something in front of you I could hear your excitement and thanks. You had some trouble with a couple of greedy birds so I came in on my bird and helped you out. It's nice to be nice, you know?

    I spent a little while in my base tending to some stuff and then thought I'd come back to check on you. Your base was half destroyed and you were both lying dead on the beach...

    And then I saw it. You see earlier in the day, when I saw the therizino I wanted, it was stuck on a cliff with another one. I picked the one I wanted to tame and then kited the other one off the cliff to keep it away. I didn't pay it much more attention after that. Its when I saw that therizino nonchalantly wandering around the ruins of your house that I realised it must have meandered on to the beach and happened upon your little base. I'm guessing you thought you could both take it on, and it didn't end well for you. In hindsight I really should have taken it out when I kited it off the cliff.

    So yeah, sorry kiddos.

    About unwanted stats in breeding

    Is it possible to get rid of unwanted stats by breeding your good high level dino (280+) with a low level dino (5) and hope it inherits good stats from high lvl (melee, hp sta) and low oxygen and movespeed from low level dino?

    How many dimorphs will I need for the Snow Cave on the Island?

    Breeding dimorphs for the Swamp Cave right now. Also read they're great in the Snow Cave. But I'm reading wildly differing accounts of how many are needed (from 5 to 30). How many dimorphs have you used to do loot runs in the Snow Cave?

    And no. Cryopods don't exist on my version of Ark unfortunately.

    My dimorphs are 1200 ish HP and 320 ish melee hatch after imprint. Not super dimorphs.
