Why do some dinos go up to a higher level than others?

I've been playing on a pve server for a while now, and I've encountered an annoying glitch/problem.

every time I log off for the night, I wake up to everything crafted in a fabricator gone. I've tried putting them in storage or on a Dino, but they always disappear. I've tried making a new fabricator, and basically everything but making a new character. it doesn't happen if I leave my ps4 on overnight, but I'd rather not have to do that every night. if anyone knows how to fix it it'd be greatly appreciated.

So just wondering, I have the base game only, would I be able to spawn in dinos that are specific to scorched earth or aberration on my single player game using admin commands? Or do I need those expansions to have access to them?

Even when they are the same species some still go a few levels higher or lower. I've never understood that

So I had an anky off someone on my server and apparently it has 60000+ mutations... Is that even possible? This is on ps4 official can it be hacked?
