Being kicked out of a cave

The two times I've gone into lower south cave to gather crystal/find dung beetles I've been teleported out of the cave to a random spot in the forest with my two direwolves being left behind.

The cave also has a lag spike when entering and it happens occasionally when inside. I'm playing offline single player.

Is there any known fix to this bug?

Hello . I haven't done any bosses yet and was wondering if a group of spinosaurus could handle it. And is so what health and mele damage should I be looking at after egg hatched to have a realistic chance.
