    Long necks are currently instant kills, Please fix!

    right now long necks are an instant kill to anyone, regardless of armour.

    I know you're suppose to add armour penetration but this is ridiculous.

    Testing with my tribe a 160% long neck 1 shot me (500hp) regardless of the armour rating on my flak. It also did 0 damage to any of the durability of my flak.

    Currently at 100% armour penetration not 40% as stated in the patch notes.

    Can't download ARK

    So the game wants 250 gb free space but is not even that big, any way to work around this? I currently have 214 gb free space which is more than enough to download ark, idk why it wants the 250 gb free space for no reason :/ any way to work around?

    TLDR: A way to work around the 250 gb the game wants you to have before downloading?

    worried for what happens after ascension

    Hello everyone,

    I am planning on doing my first time overseer battle soon. But i read some stuff about people losing all their items and dinos. Can anyone explain to me what acctually happens in the stage of the game it is in now? And what acctually happens if you wanna continue playing on the same map after ascending:) the help would be much appreciated.

    Tips for surviving on island long enough to not get wiped by tribe with griffon and wyvern?

    I have a two man tribe on a server. We had a little thatch hut near a cliff that a tribe with said creatures above came down and stomped out. We since then moved to a hill and have set up a full stone base with a spiked wall fence around it. at what point are we really safe from these guys? They can pretty much decide to shit on us at any time, right? Would say, 10 plant X even halfway defend us from that kind of power? I know we should get metal bases, but in the mean time we're sitting ducks.

    Edit: Update - logged on today. Our dilos, raptor, and pteradon were killed, and they broke in and took our stuff. Base is still in tact though...

    Good drops on The Center

    Where are good drops on the center map. I search all the reds purples and yellows in the north but it's always useless junk. Are the caves or ocean drops any better?

    Is it possible to change how fast dinos go Unconscious in the game settings?

    I'm playing single player, and atm I'm using a bow with tranq arrows to make dinos go unconscious. Making arrows is never really an issue, the main problem issue I have is that the production of the tranq arrows is very slow, and it requires around 60 to 100+ arrows to make a single dino go unconscious. Making all the arrows for causing 1 dino pass out requires way to much time for a single person to do, so I want to know if there's anything I can change in the game settings to make dinos go unconscious faster, using less arrows. I know that equipment like tranquilizer darts with a crossbow is better and gets the job done quicker, but I'm not in that level yet, and the materials to build those items will probably be a problem too atm.

    (I'm on PC, so a mod that does the thing I requested is good too.)

    The six limbed beasts of Genesis

    The upcoming expansion makes me curious about something: Why do 2 of the 3 animals revealed have 6 limbs. Looking at all the animals you can fairly comfortably call tetrapods in the game, from the dinosaurs of The Island to the element infused animals of Extinction, only certain mythical ones (griffin, dragon and manticore) have more than the biological 4 limbs that the real members of the group have (on a technical note baby reapers have 6 legs but with the exception of the head, they are physically like arthopods at that stage). The revealed turtle also has 6 eyes, when all the current animals that follow a vertebrate body plan with the exception of the desert titan and the monster like seeker have the normal 2.

    I am not annoyed about the choice, but I am confused about the reasoning behind it. Is there a story reason why the animals of the DLC have that strange number, or is it just because of the thought that it's cool or something like that and I'm just overthinking it? I would have thought it was the latter option had there only been one like that, but the fact that there are two separate ones makes me think that it's the former.

    Do dimorphs have a kibble

    in the patch notes for the kibble rework, the devs stated that dimorphs take the same kibble they create. however, neither the wiki or dododex state them having a prefered kibble. which is correct?

    Mod that shows item damage

    Hi, just as the title says.

    Instead of futzing around with percentage numbers and checking the INI, it would be great if there was a mod that just alters the UI to add the raw damage numbers of an item into the tooltip. Is there a mod like that? I've looked but couldn't find one.

    I'm playing on ps4 single player mode so I can't edit an ini file or anything...

    I cheated to give myself some engrams. I basically unlocked all the saddles because it's a pain in the ass unlocking them, and I have some that aren't unlockable in the world I'm in.

    So I went to look at my unlocked engrams and noticed I had no engram points. I'm like, -1133 engrams. I don't know how to fix this other than reseting all my engrams but I just spent so damn long unlocking the blueprints for my saddles...

    Is the only thing I can to fix this is reset my engrams...? I can't even remember the thing your'e supposed to eat for that.

    SinglePlayer Scorched Earth: No Wyvern Eggs

    I popped over to scorched to see if I could find some wyvern eggs for extraordinary Kibble (not much luck with yutys) and I've made several passes through the trench and haven't found a single egg. What gives?
