Current: 105 w/ Max Chibi: 110 w/ Alpha Ascension: 125 w/ Alpha Aberrant Ascension: 140 w/ Alpha Master Controller: 155 Now, add in... Alpha Manticore: 170 Mek King Titan: 185 Genesis Pt. II: 200 I know a SE ascension cut scene is virtually impossible at this point but it can't be that hard to add extra levels to the Manticore and King Titan fight! (Also, if Wildcard is listening, maybe make the metal on the implant look scorched so we have a cool looking alpha implant for Scorched!) [link] [comments]  | ||

| Question on dino spawn prevention Posted: 20 Sep 2020 09:07 PM PDT From what I can tell from my research, preventing dino spawns is linked to preventing resource spawns. On my dedicated server that I'm hosting I have things spawning very close to buildings as I'd rather have more nature around. Is there any way (or mod) to prevent dinos spawning without preventing trees/metal/ect from spawning as well? [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 20 Sep 2020 05:52 PM PDT Hi, some douchebags on my server are hiding out in this rathole (video not mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J1DG94cUlzg) and bullying everyone, they barely have any defense and its still impossible to do any damage to them, because only way to get there is by placing a bed there, which is impossible because its too close to enemy foundation (and turrets inside too)... | The official Discord was an awful idea honestly Posted: 20 Sep 2020 12:54 PM PDT At first I thought it was cool to have another outlet between the community and the devs but man ever since the ARK discord opened I've noticed a HUGE amount of PvP vs PvE fighting, it's like bringing two major 'factions' of the ark community against one another. Official PvP 9000 hour players who shit talk anybody who doesn't play official PvP saying you're just noob beach bob garbage and then the Official PvE and Unofficial PvE/PvP playerbase who wants a different experience from the game. | Wondering what people think of perks on creatures. Posted: 20 Sep 2020 12:05 PM PDT I thought it would be neat if under some circumstances, some creatures acquired special abilities. I'm not entirely sure what those circumstances should be or if there should be any special barring. Such as restrictions with bred creatures? Perhaps they should not be stackable (i.e. 1 perk per creature max)? There might need to be differences in how perks would work on PvE vs. PvP as well. Maybe people who like the general idea can help flesh it out. But here are some ideas for said perks to give a sense of what I'm talking about: Comradery - While riding a creature with this perk, wild creatures of the same species won't the rider or ridden creature. Leader of the Pack - While riding a creature with this perk wild creatures of the same species will aid the rider and ridden creature in combat (additionally the benefits of "Comradery" apply). [Note: I can imagine either of the two above coming in helpful if say running around on a Raptor.] Sharp Tailed - The tail of a ridden creature does bleed damage when in contact with an enemy and the primary attack is used. Bleed damage is equivalent to half of the primary attack and does not negate whatever damage the primary attack would do. [Note: Imagine flying on a Wyvern and after a breath attack, missing with a follow up bite. But the tail of the Wyvern still brushes the target so it takes half what the bite damage would have been over the course of a few seconds.] Adrenaline Rush - When at full stamina and starting a sprint, a ridden creature will be 20% faster for 2 seconds. I think this could make some creatures that have been largely outmoded worth having again. Additionally it could make tamed creatures (for those on say official PvP that might find it hard to get to the point of seriously breeding before getting wiped) a bit improved. [link] [comments]  |
