Can't install one of the last patches for Ark. Stops updating at 98GB out of 111GB Posted: 30 Sep 2020 06:36 PM PDT Haven't played Ark in months. But I like to keep it updated just incase I get the itch again. Anyways. There was a 111GB update recently and I updated all the way to 98GB and then it just pops up with a black notification box saying "Installation Stopped" When I hit resume it immediately does it again. There is no getting round it. I can not update Ark any further. I can update other games just fine. But not Ark. I also have free space. Not even half full on my external. Have nearly 3 TBs free. I canceled the installation and then started Ark to pop the update again to start it all over. If it messes up again at 98GBs and won't install, what would be the problem and how can I fix this? I tried moving the whole game over to my internal where I only have 2 games on it. That's it. And it said it moved everything over but it didn't. Everything from Ark is still showing on the external. Can anyone help? [link] [comments] |
