    I finally got a job after being laid off and unable to find work for 7 months and I just bought ark on steam today and I'm finally building a gaming pc :') I'm moving on up finally

    Looking for a game with events like Ark, but not a MMO. I'm a new dad now i don't have a ton of time but I really miss the events they run they always got me in the mood for holidays like Halloween.

    How could I kill an alpha raptor?

    So I'm playing with my brother and we were about to build a base at the hidden lake. Then we got knocked out by troodons and an alpha raptor spawned... We both died. We have like 10 low level dilos and a level 22 raptor that tried protecting us but got killed. I'm level 61, but that doesn't really matter since we have no base, no metal or any crafting stations, so we can't really make any advanced stuff. The raptor is inland so the raft strategy from the wiki wouldn't work. We lost all of our stuff and he's gonna be there so we wouldn't be able to pick it backup and go somewhere else. The best gear I can make without a smithy is leather armor and a bow. So, does anyone have a simple strategy with very low level gear to kill this guy? Or should we just not bother with it and start over?

    Me and my 3 other friends play on a 10x server and are having a hard time keeping up with the other tribes when it comes to grinding mats. What is the current meta for farming gp,metal,poly and other resources? currently we just use an anky and argy for metal and we farm flint and stone for spark then farm wood for charcoal. I know gp was the best on gen but they nerfed it. I'm just trying to find out the best metas for farming raw resources currently

    Can’t join my friends game please help

    I just downloaded the game on Xbox One with gamepass. However I cannot join my friends non-dedicated server when I accept an invite or I press join game on his Xbox profile. It just does nothing. No fail message. Nothing. It's not because of poor internet and my NAT type is open. Somehow I can join severs in server browser but my friends server isn't there. Somebody help please.

    So, my fiancee and I play on a non-dedicated; and for some reason my fiancee (who plays on the classic xbox one, not the x or s) is constantly crashing. Like, all the way to xbox dashboard crashing. Anyone know what might be causing this issue? Once an hour or so, maybe a little more.
