Ark Center help

Recently started a new game of Ark on the Center with my partner. Center has some Tether issues with the water, and weve just been avoiding it. We played for several hours and had been doing just fine, until we built a boat. We made a small structure on the boat, and drove it around for a little while. In the middle of driving the boat it got stuck. We didnt exceed the weight and theres nothing underneath it for it to be stuck on. It just stopped moving in the middle of the lake. When we got off the boat i noticed it seemed to be floating above the water, and we had to build some pillars and ceiling to get back on. The boat is still undrivable. Anytime we take control, it just refuses to move. I've checked online and the biggest piece of advice I've seen is "build a new one and get over it." I dont wanna do that if its gonna keep happening. Has anyone found a solution for this?

Server Down

Going on 11 hours server 607 has been down on official. Wonder how many Dino's I'll lose through either roll back or coming back online over night. Fun game but this server $hit is pushing me to my limits.
