Hey i was wondering if there is a way to defeat all the bosses on the island with some normal rexes since i just finished the broodmother beta bossfight and lost 5 out of my 18 rexes will i be abe to beat the alpha bosses with just using rexes or do i need to breed? I really dont want to breed since i am playing singleplayer and dont want to spent that much time on getting bred dinos. My rexes are all imprintet so they get that boost i am also using a pig and a yuty to support my rexes. Is this enough?

So I thought why not paint my argentavis too, but then i saw it was more difficult than I thought...good thing there are paint templates. The question: How can I donwload and use Paint templates on my singleplayer world? Btw I'm on console

Valguero vs Crystal Isles - pros and Cons (Moving to new Map)

Me and my group of friends have a PVE Server and have just about sucked out the life out of Ragnarok. We have decided that Valguero or Crystal Isles are our next choices as we are getting some new friends to join us so we thought Extinction or Aberration as their first maps may be a bit... Daunting. So any feedback on the pros and cons of each map from a PVE viewpoint would be appreciated.

The most important thing for us is the survival aspect and the cave systems. We tend to treat caves like dungeon raids so Ragnarok treated us well. Any feedback and push in a direction is welcome. Also other map suggestions are open should a better option be available. We have run though The Island, Scorched Earth and Ragnarok.

Finding the Dodorex

Hello you guys have been helpful in the past so I have another question for you, is there any reliable method to find the dodorex, if yes does someone have like a map of spawns, it's just me solo on this world and I haven't beat any bosses yet, I'm just wanting to steal some zombie dodos and maybe snap a picture

I am very new to the game, just got it the other day and I'm only 12 hours in. I've died probably 6 or 7 times and have lost at least 10 animal companions to this giant, uhh..

Chalicotherium... monster... So now I want to build a wall around my house.

I have learned how to use creative mode but when I place the fence posts they are angled so that I am looking straight down the line of the fence and I can't tell how far away the posts are from one another. This makes my fence a bit inconsistently spaced. I also have to click the fencepost hotkey every single time I want to place a new section.

Am I missing something? Is building a fence really this inefficient?

I'm sure I'll have more newbie questions too, so if anyone is willing to help out with some advice I can DM you my Discord. =)

Need Advice

I've been playing Ark for a little while now, but have no clue what map would be best to play on. I've been playing on The Island, and own the expansion pack, along with the custom DLCs. What map would be the best to play relatively casual on? And which location on the map would be best to spawn on. Preferably somewhere nice, with water nearby, and not very dangerous. I mean I'm fine with like, Dilos, the occasional Raptor or Carno. But no Rexs/Allos etc. Anything helps.
