| Where to get low cost high dura/damage blueprints on official? Posted: 30 Apr 2021 09:25 AM PDT Took a break from ARK and after returning to official I have seen a lot of blueprints going around that have very high damage and dura with journeyman or mastercraft quality. For example I have seen journeyman flak with 700+ dura, and mastercraft flak with 900+ dura. Journeyman compound bows/fab snipers with 250+ damage. Where exactly are these type of high efficiency blueprints available? I have ran all the loot crates on ARK, crystal isles, island caves, center caves but have never seen anything like this. | Looking for HARDCORE partner or partners Posted: 30 Apr 2021 09:05 AM PDT Hey what's shakin' all? I love playing ark, and my preffered method of pain is HARDCORE. It would be nice to have a partner, or even help joining an alt to the tribe so I don't lose my base to glitches. I typically keep home base on Aberration, and branch out to Ragnarok, Crystal Isles etc for taming and raiding. I'm fairly competent as I've been playing for years. I have solo'd to Hardcore lvl 80ish many times, and have leveled plenty of SC characters past 90. I'm easy going and prefer not to mic most days, but can if necessary. | Ark Dino Uploaded Disappearing on Download Posted: 30 Apr 2021 01:34 AM PDT Am I missing something? My friend is running an unofficial server so I asked him to turn on dino downloads so I could move some dinos over from the server I used to host. I uploaded 8-10 dinos and they uploaded fine. Upon trying to download them on his server they disappear from the uploaded creatures list but then don't appear in the world. I lost 3 tames so far trying to import them. I tested with a bunch of dodos after and they upload fine and then disappear on download. If anyone knows anything that could help it would be much appreciated [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 29 Apr 2021 10:41 PM PDT I will get to the point. Whenever I try to load a saved game(single player,no current mp maps), it forces me to either respawn randomly or to create a new character. Once I respawn, my character is still at the current level, and I have all engrams, but my buildings and items are gone. Even when I save the progress after that, it happens again when I try to load back in. THIS HAPPENS ON EVERY SAVED GAME ON ALL OF MY PROFILES, so I assume it's the game itself, as opposed to the file. I know this game is buggy, but this literally makes it unplayable. If anyone can help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I'm on Xbox one, the game is digital, and I have it via gamepass, if any of that helps. Thank you. | Ark world keeps resetting upon joining Posted: 29 Apr 2021 08:59 PM PDT I had logged off of my world and when I got back on and it had me at the spawn screen, than I tried playing, than I logged off and got back on and it took me to the spawn menu again. My character stats and engrams stay, but buildings, dinos, and the whole world resets. I'm playing on the Xbox Gamepass edition of Ark. I have tried searching for any fixes on this issue and I can't find any. Help would be appreciated. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 29 Apr 2021 04:01 PM PDT Thinking about firing up a dedicated server for a canon playthrough. Never done it, at least never got that far. Definitely going to be disabling fliers - every time I pick up the game again it's always the same playstyle; rush to fliers, fly safely everywhere, start picking up dinos for safe and easy taming/resource gathering, rinse and repeat and get bored. Will be playing solo, pve, with maaybe a couple other people. Other than disabling fliers I'll be tweaking the taming settings so that anything other than the appropriate kibble is not rewarding, and the obvious slightly better xp, harvest, timers, etc quality of life settings. I digress, what's got me curious is how playing with way lower dinos changes the game, I've never done it or looked into it too closely so I'm curious what you guys think, whether you hate it or love it and pros and cons. | Do you need a vanilla save before downloading mods? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 06:52 PM PDT I play on epic games and i can run the game on epic settings perfectly fine, however when i bought the game on steam i downloaded mods before even opening the game, when i tried going into the game i couldnt load into any server not even single player i would just get stuck in an infinite loading screen and incase you must know i had spent a total of 6 hours in my settings and the loading screens (steam wouldnt let me refund since it exceeded 2 hours), i was only once able to get into a server and when i had entered i couldnt even run the game on the lowest settings. i have looked up the requirements for the mod i was using and i should be perfectly fine so the only thing i can think of is that my game data might be corrupted i also assume since i can load into and run the game on epic games there isnt a problem with my hardware, i know with games such as dark souls 3 you need a vanilla save in order to have mods without your data becoming corrupted its also worth mentioning that i had deleted all of my mods and still couldnt load in. its been about 6 months and i want to redownload and give it another try [link] [comments]  | ||
