Ark PS4 Fence support help |

| Posted: 25 Aug 2021 12:10 AM PDT Ok ill be "try" brief cause its vast and there's alot of holes in the story as well but if you are like me the story of Ark is hella mysterious and sad. !SPOILER ALERT! From what I understand from all the explorer notes , the Arks were life boats because humanity abused the use of a new form of power called "Element".Though its unclear if it was from the element war where man fought man again, or from the massive elemental titans.( pretty sure it was both as Santiago's note suggested ). Most of the old humanity either died or ascended to homodeus ( God race ) using element. The survivors on the Arks are clones of people who were alive in the past and very strangely enough, the future.(Helena's note mentioning the obvious time gap of 2008 to the time she was in now, concluding her memories may be artificial also the cloning pods on earth) Each ark had an overseer that was influenced by its homodues( since homodeus race couldn't directly manipulate our reality). Everything went the way it was plan except for one problem, the titans never vanished. They polluted the planet apparently due to being element beast; the Arks never came back down. Over time the Arks started to become finite and in so the overseers malfunctioned and made the Arks death traps. To keep the survivor clones contained, any attempt to break this or to take control of the system was met by punishment. The punishments was in forms of monsters such as the giga , Reapers, wyverns and the mantis. All used to wipe out the tribe that attempt to seize control over the Ark. Gaurdians was also created to prevent survivors from taking control even further and often used human fantasy and legends to model their new beasts ( Wyverns,Dragons,Golems,Reapers) Ascending between Arks was more than just traveling, as you become closer to homodeus you also travel through time.In some notes and by homodues Helena, its suggested that the survivor on the island was hundred of years from when Helena left that ark. But when you travel to Aberration you discover through notes that they had left not to long after you arrived and in exctinction, on earth mei yin li is in fact planet side doing their part you can't see, stated in Diana's last log. After Rockwell allowed the element to corrupt him in the opposite way of homodeus, he became Aberrations guardian, forced to stop survivors constantly. And Helena and Mei yin li "ascended" to Earth with a handful of tek weidling survivors as well as Santiago. On earth Helena made a choice to insert a "Prism" into her implant in which its implied was an overseer. In doing so she basically died physically and became a homodeus who decided to influence time by leaving YOU the player , notes. Since Helena is now omnipotent she knew Rockwell was still alive and to ensure you wouldn't fail in defeating him in genesis ( since she was fading away to the dimension she now belongs to ) she created HLN-A to guid you. All this to produce the ultimate survivor to fight and win earth back. Should you fail and die , your "Respawn" was not a do over. Homodeus Helena has raised you back to learn from your mistake. It wasn't a "what if", you did die 76 thousand time in that tek cave. All to be better, stronger ,smarter and to ascend and take her place, as Homodeus survivor. I wont get into gensis cause I feel there's too many story gaps, such as how you was on earth being congratulated by homodeus Helena for defeating the titans and bringing down the Arks to "reseed" to now you're in a simulation fighting a virus Rockwell was making. This is my understanding of the Lore from the game itself and its notes and implications of them. Ps: I know it wasn't brief but trust me I left out alot lol. [link] [comments]  |
