Loaded into alpha survive the ark mission on genesis 2 and there was another tribe already in with gigas ?? How the hell do you do this

Help with base rebuild...

Hi guys. I'm going out of my mind trying to fix my base. I'd spent a long time placing stone foundations to create a new base and the server crashed and rolled back to before I placed any of them...

It's a private server and I'm the administrator but I can't work out how to spawn some more stone foundations to replace the ones that were lost and I really don't want to repeat the 5 hours of grinding.

Can anyone tell me how I can use the admin commands to spawn things?
