| Posted: 16 May 2019 09:27 AM PDT Some people say we should copy the ORP, others say we should buff turrets. I have a better(?) idea. The buildings of Offline tribes will take less damage. ORP will activate when the last player of the tribe logs off, and will deactivate when somebody logs on. This can range from anywhere to one tenth to one fiftieth of the normal damage. This makes Offline raids doable, but at such an extreme costs that online raids are the only really valid option. To counter people using this to hide behind almost unkillable walls, the ORP will not activate when nearby enemy buildings. However, placing buildings nearby will not deactivate the ORP if it's currently on. The longer the ORP lasts, the less resistance it will get, until it's back to taking normal damage. TL:DR buildings take less damage when Offline unless it's near enemy buildings, or they're Offline for too long. Any suggestions are welcome. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 16 May 2019 06:07 AM PDT Hey everyone Since a few months or so ago i was looking for a good server to play on with a couple of my friends and after spending a few seasons on other servers i felt it was time to fix all the issues with the others I watched one server ask people what they would like as the rates of the server everyone wanted 75x but admin over ruled and put it 25x making peoples opinion worthless I aim to change that and so much more! I watched another server go down because the owner didnt have donations in for the server in time THEREFORE I have setup an ark server recently and would love new players to come and join for some FUN!. There is fun community events on the server There is no limitations on tames etc so feel free to tame as many gigas and quetzals as you wish !! however there is a tribe limit of 350 total dinos per tribe but thats where cryopods are handy! You get a free stater kit and base kit with a few turrets so you can join the pvp fights right away! You get FREE Normal and VIP and BLUEPRINT Lootboxes (lootboxes are a chance at random items and dinos that you get by opening ingame) Lootboxes are given ingame over time and also i give away 5-50 boxes per day on discord you can claim :) The people on the server are good group so far and we would love you to join our community! My goal is to offer everyone the chance to have some fun - we want ALL players to have the same opportunities as others, We want everyone who plays on the server to enjoy ark (again) and have a chance to play the game the way they want. I think I'm ok at the game but it doesnt lend itself easy to commentary. I end up with these huge videos with nothing to talk about or editing messes.
