Where is a "Defend yourself" Option!?

We have a base, not a big one but an acceptable and we have Dinos, many Dino's. Now if I set all of them on "Neutral" and one thing attackes my for example parasaur the whole base will sprint towards an little lvl. 15 raptor. If I set all off them on "Attack my Target" and I want to kill a lvl. 15 raptor right outside my base, the whole base will sprint towards an little raptor. If I now set all of them on "Passiv" and the little Raptor gets inside my base my whole base will die or like my Argy died, we did not changed him to Neutral while we were farming Metal and he got killed by a little lvl. 15 Raptor. Can't Wildcard just make the option that my Argy if he gets attacked defend himself and not defend my Parasaur on the other side of my base?!

Sry but I just have to do that because of my poor Argy.
